РОЗКРИТТЯ ПОВЕДІНКОВОГО НАМІРУ ВПРОВАДИТИ ФІНТЕХ У ГАНІ: КОНФІГУРАЦІЙНА ПЕРСПЕКТИВА FSQCA

Анотація

Швидка еволюція фінансових технологій (FinTech) змінила досвід клієнтів у фінансових послугах, особливо в країнах, що розвиваються, таких як Гана. Однак розуміння складної взаємодії факторів, що впливають на поведінкові наміри клієнтів упроваджувати FinTech, залишається обмеженим. Це дослідження застосовує конфігураційний підхід із використанням нечіткого порівняльного аналізу (fsQCA) для виявлення кількох шляхів, що ведуть до високих поведінкових намірів серед користувачів FinTech у Гані. Спираючись на вибірку з 409 клієнтів, дослідження розглядає вісім ключових умов: очікування продуктивності, очікуваність зусиль, соціальний вплив, сприятливі умови, сприйнята довіра, гедонічна мотивація, звичка та сприйнятий ризик. Результати вимірювальної моделі PLS-SEM підтверджують надійність і достовірність конструкцій. Результати fsQCA виявляють десять різних конфігурацій, які призводять до високого поведінкового наміру, при цьому очікування продуктивності, сприятливі умови та гедонічна мотивація виступають основними компонентами більшості причинових комбінацій. Варто зазначити, що для поведінкового наміру не було необхідної жодної однієї умови, що підкреслює важливість еквіфінальності: різні комбінації факторів можуть однаково впливати на прийняття. Дослідження надає цінні теоретичні та практичні висновки, свідчення, що впровадження FinTech зумовлене не ізольованими факторами, а синергічними взаємодіями між когнітивними, афективними та контекстуальними умовами. Результати дають практичні інсайти для постачальників і політиків у царині FinTech-провайдерів і політиків щодо адаптації стратегій, які відображають різноманітні мотивації та контексти ганських користувачів. Це дослідження сприяє розвиткові дискурсу щодо впровадження технологій у країнах, що розвиваються, застосовуючи тонкий, конфігураційний підхід.
