СПРИЙНЯТТЯ КЛІЄНТАМИ ІНІЦІАТИВ КОРПОРАТИВНОЇ СОЦІАЛЬНОЇ ВІДПОВІДАЛЬНОСТІ (КСО), ІМІДЖ БРЕНДУ ТА ЛОЯЛЬНІСТЬ У СЕКТОРІ РОЗДРІБНОЇ ТОРГІВЛІ ПІВДЕННОЇ АФРИКИ

Анотація
Корпоративна соціальна відповідальність (КСВ) стає дедалі помітнішою, оскільки компанії усвідомлюють, наскільки важливо захищати довкілля та суспільство. КСВ охоплює широкий спектр діяльності, включаючи філантропію, зусилля з екологічної сталості, етичні практики та залучення громади. Ці дії зумовлені не лише етичними міркуваннями, а й метою підвищення корпоративної репутації та сприяння лояльності клієнтів. У цьому дослідженні була використана теорія стейкхолдерів (ST) для аналізу сприйняття клієнтами ініціатив царині КСВ, іміджу бренду та лояльності в секторі роздрібної торгівлі Південної Африки. Для збирання даних за допомогою самоадміністрованого опитування було використано кількісний описовий і крос-секційний дослідницький дизайн. Крім того, для відбору 400 респондентів для участі в дослідженні було використано простий підхід випадкової вибірки. Дані аналізували за допомогою описової статистики за допомогою Статистичного пакета для соціальних наук (SPSS). Результати демонструють високий рівень згоди щодо ефективності ініціатив у царині КСВ, іміджу бренду та лояльності. Це дослідження зробило внесок у літературу про ініціативи в царині КСВ, імідж бренду та лояльність у роздрібному секторі Південної Африки. Крім того, дослідження може стати відправною точкою для розробки та зміни політик, щоб вони були екологічно й суспільно дружніми.
