СПРИЙНЯТТЯ КЛІЄНТАМИ МАРКЕТИНГУ В СОЦІАЛЬНИХ МЕРЕЖАХ ЯК РУШІЙНОЇ СИЛИ КУПІВЕЛЬНОЇ ПОВЕДІНКИ

Анотація

Використання соціальних мереж надзвичайно зросло за останні роки, а пандемія COVID-19 прискорила його поширення серед клієнтів. Крім того, використання соціальних медіа в рекламі не тільки трансформувало традиційні рекламні платформи, а й допомогло збирати інформацію про смаки та поведінку споживачів. У цьому дослідженні було проаналізовано сприйняття клієнтами маркетингу в соціальних мережах як рушійної сили купівельної поведінки.
Техніка неймовірної вибірки, відома як цілеспрямована, була прийнята для відбору 10 респондентів. Дані були проаналізовані за допомогою тематичного аналізу. Результати цього дослідження показують, що соціальні мережі відіграють важливу роль у просуванні бізнесу, як ефективне джерело інформації, як джерело реклами та відгуків і як інструмент для взаємодії з брендами, що врешті-решт упливає на рішення клієнтів про покупку.
Отож, менеджери повинні забезпечувати послідовність і якість контенту, який вони розміщують на платформах соціальних мереж, щоб залишатися актуальними. Крім того, контент у соціальних мережах має бути не лише іміджевим і брендованим, а й ціннісним, спрямованим на привернення уваги поточних і потенційних клієнтів. Слід заохочувати співробітників до етичного використання соціальних мереж, оскільки сучасний клієнт дуже насторожено ставиться до неправильного використання даних. У зв'язку з цим, чесність і відкритість у використанні соціальних мереж може бути інструментом для управління стійкою купівельною поведінкою споживачів. Це дослідження робить свій вклад у літературу з маркетингу в соціальних медіа в країнах, що розвиваються, де використання соціальних медіа як інструмента для маркетингу досі перебуває на стадії розробки в результаті інфраструктурних проблем і високої вартості даних.
