СУЧАСНІ ПІДХОДИ ДО ОЦІНКИ КОРУПЦІЙНИХ РИЗИКІВ: АНАЛІЗ КЛЮЧОВИХ ІНДИКАТОРІВ

Анотація
У роботі досліджені сучасні підходи до оцінювання корупційних ризиків за трьома блоками: агреговані індекси, експертні оцінки та огляди думки громадськості й представників бізнесу. Проведений аналіз кожного індикатора в контексті його переваг і недоліків, джерел зібраної інформації відображений і систематизований у табличній формі. Зазначено, що не за всіма індикаторами можна проводити міжкраїнні зіставлення з огляду на невелику вибірку за окремими з них, опосередковане відношення тих чи інших показників саме до корупційних ризиків, суб’єктивність опитувань або недосконалу методологію їх побудови, яка лише поступово покращується. У роботі використані методи компаративного аналізу та візуалізації за допомогою VOSviewer, що дозволило кластеризувати тематику корупції, продемонструвати в наочній формі ключових дослідників цього явища за прізвищами та країнами походження. Обґрунтовані переваги гнучкості, яку надає сьогодні вченим широка палітра існуючих індикаторів для поглиблення та комбінування їх у напрямі конкретного дослідження, а також розробки власних індексів і методів оцінки корупційних ризиків у глобальному масштабі. На перспективу спрогнозована розробка універсального індикатора оцінки корупційних ризиків.
