Анотація
У статті аналізуються питання відповідності інституційного забезпечення залучення та реалізації інвестицій в енергетичний сектор України до сучасних реаліяй у яких опинилася країна. Наголошено, що основою подальшого залучення та реалізації інвестицій в енергетичний сектор є державно-приватне партнерство. Висвітлюються проблемні питання: залучення інвестицій в енергетичний сектор України; державно-приватного партнерства в енергетичному секторі – та визначаються шляхи їх розв’язання.
Обґрунтовано необхідність: удосконалення нормативно-правової бази, що регулює відносини в сфері державно-приватного партнерства; розвитку інституційної інфраструктури, яка підтримує державно-приватне партнерство; забезпечення гарантій захисту інтересів усіх сторін державно-приватного партнерства протягом усього життєвого циклу проєкту.
Зроблено висновок, що залучення та реалізація інвестицій в енергетичний сектор можливі тільки в тісній кооперації з великим приватним бізнесом, з упровадженням у сектор елементів і механізмів державно-приватного партнерства. Тільки так енергетичний сектор України зможе адаптуватися до сучасних викликів, що забезпечить йому довгостроковий сталий розвиток.
